Giddis is also highly skilled in using sand play therapy to help children communicate and resolve emotional, behavioural, and social issues.

In her free time, Gissia posts mental health content on Instagram under the username @psychpoemsnquotes. She also writes fantasy stories for children and young readers. Gissia has launched her first picture book, "The Helpful Star," on Amazon.com.au. This book is designed for young children aged 3-5 and focuses on the significance of gratitude. She is passionate about penning stories celebrating human resilience, gratitude, and community bonding.
